Hello there! It’s week 4 of the new product releases at The Greetery! How fun has this weekly blog hop and release been?
Here are the new goodies launching this week, in case you want to take a peek before they go live tomorrow:

Christmas Confections Embossing Folder
For this SWEET card (pun intended!), I started out with the adorable candy cane hearts. I stenciled them first with the Christmas Confections Stamp + Stencil and then I used the Christmas Confections Die to cut them out. Then, one at a time, I embossed them in the Christmas Confections Embossing Folder.
PRO TIP: It takes a few minutes to emboss them, since you have to do them one at a time, but let me assure you it is WELL worth it!! There is a BIG pay off in the 3-D effect with these! They look so puffy in real life!!!
PRO TIP: I used those hearts to create my background pattern, and you could do this same thing with literally any die cut in your stash!!
Next, I used the Bigger Holiday Botanicals: Holly 1 Die to cut out my accent holly. (Red glitter card stock is an excellent choice for the berries!) The bow is from the Market Tote Die set.
And now, for that amazing sentiment!!!! The SWEET letters are from the Christmas Confections Die and then I embossed each one with the Christmas Confections Embossing Folder. I then brushed on some red ink with a blending brush.
PRO TIP: Keep the ink just on the bottom half of the letters (or the top half, if you’d rather), using more pressure on the bottom edge, than in the middle, to create the pretty ombre effect!!
Lastly, I used the Christmas Confections Sentiment Additions Stamp Set and the Christmas Confections Sentiment Additions Die to add the “may your Christmas be” on top of the SWEET!

So many ways to use the cookies in this release. A card filled with heart cookies creates a wonderful design-worth every minute used to emboss them. Love the sentiments in this release too. Big and small depending on the project.
